Allison five-speed transmissions are state-of-the-art. Electronic controls provide smooth shifting for exceptional performance and fuel economy, and automatic shifting is self-adjustable for smooth shifts during climbs, descents and virtually any road condition. Standard park pawl on 1000 and 2200 Series effectively grounds transmission output shaft, thereby preventing rotation of the driveline.
